Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
- Waitlist, live-agent & support-ticket requests: your email address and any message you choose to send, received through our website host’s form service.
- Purchases: handled by TagadaPay, our payment processor. We receive your name, email, and order details. We never see or store your full card number.
- Site basics: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) from our hosting provider, used for security and performance.
- Chat assistant: the chat answers from information already on this site, inside your browser; what you type is not sent anywhere. Only a live-agent request or support ticket you explicitly submit sends the email and note you type. Please don’t type card numbers, passwords or other sensitive details into the chat.
- Fonts and live market data: pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, and the free charts load live prices and TradingView charts straight from those providers when you open them, so your browser connects to them directly and they receive your IP address under their own privacy policies.
- Payout verification: when you become eligible for payouts, identity (KYC) checks are performed by a verification provider, which processes your ID documents under its own safeguards.
2. How we use it
To deliver and operate the Services, send transactional and launch emails you signed up for, respond to support and live-agent requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
Only service providers that make Profirms work: our payment processor (TagadaPay), website host and form provider, email provider, trading-platform and market-data providers at launch, and identity-verification provider at payout. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
4. Retention & security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Your choices & rights
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in each email.
- Email supportprofirms@gmail.com to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK or California), you may have additional statutory rights, which we honor.
6. Other notes
The Services are for adults 18+ and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. Our providers may process data in other countries with appropriate safeguards. If we make material changes to this policy, we'll post the update here and adjust the date above.
